Deep Southwest

Small town band – big city dreams

Who the heck are these guys?

Meg and Pat Whalen make up the classic country duo Deep Southwest.

They began performing out the back of their pick up truck bringing levity to their small community of Chatham – Kent during Covid lock downs.

What began as a project meant to connect and support their community in times of isolation became a full time job bringing great country music – with a dash of humour – to folks that needed a lift.

Connecting communities in Southwestern Ontario and beyond.
